The project

Troops is an ecosystem of three mobile applications revolutionizing the temporary work market by digitizing and streamlining all processes. The platform connects temporary workers, businesses, and temp agencies through a fully digital experience, eliminating unnecessary travel and paperwork while putting human connection and career tracking at the heart of interactions.

The ecosystem includes three apps: Troops (Candidate App) • Complete candidate profile with mandatory documents (ID, bank details, social security number) • Experience, diplomas, skills, and availability management • Real-time mission offers with push notifications based on profile matching • Accept/decline offers directly from smartphone • Paperless electronic contract signing • Advance payment requests • Complete document management: pay slips, validated hours summaries and contracts Troops Pro (Business App) • 24/7 staffing needs expression without agency hours constraints • Quick mission creation: role, dates, hours, headcount • Instant transmission to temp agency • Profile validation via push notifications • Real-time tracking of ongoing and upcoming missions Troops Agence (Agency App) • Multi-contract paper scanning capability • Automatic contract analysis and recognition via OCR • Automated upload to Troops platform and signature status marking • Digitization of traditional agency processes

My contribution

• Joined as React Native developer on Troops, then promoted to Lead Developer • Full-stack mobile development of three interconnected applications from scratch to production • State management implementation with Redux across all three applications • Navigation architecture with React Navigation for complex multi-screen flows • Firebase and Firestore integration for real-time data synchronization • Electronic signature system implementation • OCR and document scanning integration for Troops Agence • Push notification system for mission matching and profile validation • Complete document management system (contracts, pay slips, hours summaries, etc.) • Candidate profile builder with mandatory documents and credentials • Mission matching system based on skills, availability, and preferences
